2009.10.12發了一封電子郵件給Neteller客服(support@neteller.com),不久之后,Neteller回了一封信,大意是說請用新的網頁客服(web-based service)提交問題。

在填寫好問題及相關資料后,如尚未建立Support Record,它會請用戶先建立--Create a Support Record (not the same as your NETELLER account)。

等建立好了Support Record 相關資料,它才會接收客戶提交的問題。
