- The bonus is valid for the first deposit ever made for the expekt.com sports book only and has to be made between 01/01/2008 and 08/31/2009.

- Minimum deposit amount to make use of this offer is €10.

- Maximum bonus amount to be received is €35. 

- Only registered customers with a valid address within a EU country will be granted a maximum bonus of €35 (or equivalent currency)

- if you are not a citizen of a EU country you will get a maximum bonus of €10 or equivalent in other currency. 

- The deposit amount (up to maximum bonus amount) + the bonus amount must be turned over 3 times in our sportsbook on odds 1.50 or above before a withdrawal can be paid out and before a transfer to other products should be made.

Example: Deposit €50 = Bonus €35. Turnover required: (€35+€35) x 3 = €210

- No other current bonus offer can be combined with this offer.

- The required amount of turn over for the whole amount counts from when the bonus amount has been credited to your sportsbook account. Real money is wagered first, then bonus money.

- If a withdrawal is requested before the requirements are met, the withdrawal will not be paid out and your bonus amount may be deducted.

- If bonus requirements haven't been met within six months (unless another term has been set in the bonus specific Terms and Conditions) from when the bonus was first given, the bonus will be cancelled and deducted from the account.

- Even if you lose a part of the deposit + bonus amount, you still need to reach the turn over requirements before any part of the deposit + bonus amount can be withdrawn.

- Any customer who ever received any deposit bonus at expekt.com at any time is NOT allowed to take part in this offer.

- If you use Moneybookers to fund your account, you will not be entitled to this bonus promotion.

- There is only one bonus/refund/prize per person/household/IP-address allowed.

- Any abuse of the offer will lead to the closure of account. No refund of deposit will be given.

- Expekt.com reserves the right to stop any withdrawal attempt if any kind of abuse is found.

- Expekt.com reserves the right to request proof of ID and proof of deposit to confirm legitimacy.

- An expekt.com account is personal and shall only be used by the person whose details match those registered under the account. Failure to abide by this may result in closure of the account and immediate disqualification.
