Centrebet的玩家要注意,當您的提款被拒絕時,請留意電子信箱是否有收到主旨為Proof of ID.的電子郵件。此信是請玩家提供身份証明(Proof of ID)。

在實務上,當Centrebet覺得有需要時,就會請玩家提供身份証明。也許發生在首次提款,也可能發生在第二次或第三次或第N次提款。

玩家將護照掃描後,用"附加檔"的方式,寄到  idcc@centrebet.com,並在電子郵件中註明自己的帳號。

圖檔的副檔名需為.bmp, .jpg,.doc。

未提供身份証明,將Centrebet無法在提款,已申請的提款會將被取消。

Dear Centrebet Client,

Please be aware that at this moment in time we are currently unable to
process your withdrawal due to one or a combination of the reasons
stated below.

Your pending request has been cancelled and the funds have been returned

Should you wish to resubmit your withdrawal request you will need to
correct and or fulfill the appropriate item/s stated below.

Before your first request to transfer funds from your betting account to
your nominated bank account, we require you to provide a valid, official
proof of identity (such as a copy of either your drivers licence, ID

Please ensure that the copy of the proof of identity has a legible
signature
