玩家小強收到Moneybookers寄來的電子郵件，主旨是"[Ticket ##77777777##] Moneybookers Acccount Information Request"，因為是英文信件，小強問我這封信的內容是什麼?
這封英文電子郵件較早前也收過，當時，也不是很了解信中內容，就請Moneybookers翻成中文郵件後寄給我。
這封電郵主要是請客戶提供二種証明文件，(1)身份証明文件(2)地址証明文件，同時，信中附了二種提交方法，(1)登入官網提交，(2)將文件寄到verification@moneybookers.com。
另外，在提交文件時，要記得提供Ticket ID(登记号码)，就是電子郵件主旨中的數字，例如，本文中的Ticket ID(登记号码)是77777777。

We are glad that you are using a Moneybookers account to process payments. Given the official transaction limit for private individuals we must assume that you are using your account for business purposes.
In order to welcome you as a trusted business partner of Moneybookers you need to get your account verified. Therefore we kindly ask you to provide us with the following documents to process the account activation on our end:
- A valid official identification document in colour, such as your international passport, national identity card or drivers licence, which clearly displays your Date of Birth; (Please provide copies of the front and back side of the document). 一份含照片的清晰可读的正式身份文件的复印件（例如身份证/正面和背面两侧/、护照或驾驶证)。文件必须很明显的显示您的名字和出生日期

Please remember to provide the "Ticket ID" stated in the subject of this email you have received.
